Our complete service department specializes in jewelry repair, restoration, remounting, resetting, and custom jewelry design. We offer limited servicing on some watches.

Dell Williams' service center employs master jewelers who have the bench skills and intuitive design sense to make your jewelry dreams come true.   • Repairs Offered
    Watch battery replacement done on the premises for most brands, while you wait. We do not guarantee water resistance; pressure testing is done off-premises.   • Jewelry Care & Maintenance
    We recommend you bring in your jewelry for cleaning and inspection every six months. Our jeweler will examine your piece(s) to help prevent any possible damage to or loss of your gemstone(s). Our basic cleaning and inspection service is complimentary.
  • Appraisals
    Dell Williams offers appraisals on fine jewelry and most timepieces. Appraisals are done by appointment. Each appraisal takes time to be completed. Please call 831.423.4100 for more details and rates.
  • Engraving
    We will happily engrave your purchase* for an additional fee. Pricing starts at $20 and turnaround time varies. Call for more details. *Many items are not able to have engraving. We do not engrave on crystal or glass
