Purchase Policies

Returns & Exchanges*

Merchandise must be in perfect original condition, unworn and unaltered, and accompanied by original packaging (including any instructions or warranty documents), in order to be accepted as a return.

Returns will gladly be accepted with a receipt within 7 days of purchase for a refund. For purchases paid for by credit card, the refund will be issued to the original credit card account.  For purchases paid for by cash or check, a refund check will be issued by mail. Returns made within 30 days of purchase will be issued store credit only. No returns, refunds, or exchanges after 30 days.

Holiday gifts may be returned by January 25th for an exchange or store credit.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges on special orders, custom designs, sale items, layaway items, or any item that has been sized, altered, or engraved.

*All returned items are subject to a re-stocking fee.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for purchase in any denomination and can be redeemed for goods or services. 

Wish List

Visit our store and complete your “Wish List.” We will keep it on file for future purchases or give a gentle hint to someone who might want to buy you a gift!

Layaway Program

Dell Williams offers a 90-day layaway plan. A 33% initial deposit is required. Payments thereafter should be made regularly in accordance with the agreed terms. Any alterations or adjustments, such as ring or watch sizing, will be made upon final payment. Expired layaways will result in store credit for the payments received less a 15% re-stocking fee based on the amount of the original purchase.
